Smooth and easy is all I can say. My formerly unemployed sister had lived with my wife and I near Los Angeles for two interesting and long years before finding a good job in Chicago and I agreed to finance the relocation. I didn‘t look forward to but reluctantly agreed to secure the movers and set it all up as a goodbye and bon voyage present Fortunately for me I stumbled upon Elite Moving and Storage. and it was smooth sailing from there. I liked that they sent detailed emails, answered all my questions by phone and email, and also that they had a well spoken customer service staff including Mike and Donna. Very good prices as well. and 15 years in business iced the deal for me. So I booked the move. I was given an 11am pick up time on move day. and the guys showed up at 10.50 which was great for me since I had just finished a late breakfast All went very well on move day. and little sis got her stuff even sooner than expected in the windy city and not one item was damaged. So a big thanks again for making this move an easy one. I will refer you guys if anybody ever asks me if I know good movers. or if I ever move myself.

*** Prompt, professional, moves stuff in perfect condition" Mike is a true professional. He is prompt to reply to emails and calls. He was here on time (or a bit early) each time he has helped me, which means a lot in my book. Even Donna helped me any questions and concerns i had. I find that someone actually being on time is too rare (hm days. He went the extra mile to use the dolly quietly and unwrap the furniture quietly when my baby was sleeping. What care and consideration! Everything has been moved in perfect condition. and David is really pleasant to work with.

Best moving experience ever!!! My family and I have moved cross country several times and have moved in the last 3 years 6 times. We used other moving companies in the past but on this last move ELITE MOVING tops them all. Great service. customer service and great movers. Rating of 1-10. I rate Elite a 10 plus. Pup I thoroughly checked out moving companies before deciding on Elite Moving & Storage. They were on time. courtious, HONEST. and kept me informed of every step of the journey. They followed up on every detail. Their charges were fair when I ended up wl extra sq.footage of belongings.and their delivery was on time and day specified! They went out of their way to help us with our move. Mike and Donna were extremely professional and helpfuIIIII I am so glad I chose Elite Moving for my daughter’s move to Montana. My daughter-in-law and husband are moving to No.CarIina and I recommended Elite Moving to them as well. My husband and I will be moving next year and I can truthfully say we will be using Elite Moving and Storage for our move too. in fact I wouldn't trust anyone else! Hi Moved about 2 months ago, Firs of all Donna who works at elite moving was AMAZING" I called her all the time to change dates, quotes and other details and she was always available. friendly and helpful. The crew was great too, they moved my entire house. packed and boxed my fragile items and kitchen in addition to my entire house. and had me in my new home before 5pm!! I have moved 3 times before with other companies. and this by far was the best and smoothest experience. A+++

Great company to deal with. Clear communication throughout, even with the movers themselves. plus Mike provided top quality customer service and a fair price for my important move. From the start I found their quote was not the very cheapest but was indeed competitive and I liked that they are a loml Southern California company. and that they send a professional move foreman and crew on every trip. I was also quite impressed that l was able to get a hold of them on the phone whenever I wanted to. No complaints here at all. just a big thank you to Elite Moving and storage for making the normally unpleasant experience of moving, much better than I've had in the past.
